Full Life Insurance Agency Build-Out

This option allows you to establish your own fully functional, independently operating life insurance agency. We will serve as a consultant to build out your backend systems, carrier relationships, and agent onboarding process.

Scope of Work

1. Carrier Setup & Appointments

• Guide application process for agency-level carrier contracts

• Assist with portal access, commission structure setup, and onboarding

• Ensure agency licensing and E&O are compliant and in place

2. Infrastructure Development

• Build operational workflows for policy processing, document storage, and compliance

• Assist in configuring CRM or quoting tools as needed

• Provide standard operating procedures and documentation

3. Agent Onboarding Process

• Create a system to process agent submissions (licensing, contracting, portal access)

• No recruitment will be provided, only processing support and infrastructure

4. Training Resources

• Provide carrier materials or templates for application and quoting processes

• Ensure proper access for agents to tools and systems

5. Final Handoff & Post-Launch Support

• Provide documentation, operational guides, and up to 3 weeks of support

Consulting Fee & Terms

Total Flat Fee: $12,500

Note: Any associated third-party costs (carrier fees, software, E&O insurance, etc.) are not included and will be paid directly by the agency owner.
